Nylon bag to change into and leave the wet suit until you can put it to dry.

It is not to keep it wet, it is to move it to dry in the open air and then, once dry, save it for the next bath.

If you change on it, do so on a clean, soft surface like wood, grass, or sand.

It has a pocket, quick closure and strap to carry it on the shoulder.
