Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following water sports products:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 24 hours (during business days) with:

- Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- All original packaging and protective materials are included
- The return authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the package
- For exchanges, include a note specifying your desired replacement item
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
