Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipping
- Recommended for time-sensitive orders
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipping
- Great option for non-urgent orders
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions). International customers may be responsible for customs fees, which are not included in the order total.
Returns & Exchanges
Key Return Details:
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Return Conditions: Unused, in original packaging with tags
- Refund Method: Original payment method (7-10 business days)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Inflatable products (kayaks, inflatable boards, etc.)
- Rash guards
- Gloves
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Our Team
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Item name and reason for return/exchange
- For exchanges: desired replacement item
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We’ll respond within 24 business hours with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address: Water Sports Shop, 4316 Dover Road, Louisville, US 40216
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
- Include all original packaging and protective materials
- Clearly mark the return authorization number on the package
- For exchanges, include a note specifying your desired replacement
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you of approval/rejection within 3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement once the return is processed
Refund Timing Note: Some banks/credit cards may take additional time to process refunds. PayPal refunds typically appear faster.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged water sports equipment (boards, boots, bindings, etc.):
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
- We’ll arrange for replacement or refund
- In most cases, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
